The Role:
We are looking for a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will own the end-to-end analysis of our data pipelines, creating visualizations that tell a compelling story to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Data Modeling & Strategy: Design and maintain complex data models to support business intelligence needs and reporting requirements.
- Advanced Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize trends and anomalies for stakeholders.
- SQL Optimization: Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets efficiently.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of business initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical business leaders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and data quality improvement within the existing analytics infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python or R, and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Tools: Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
