Responsibilities
- Drive Data Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key business metrics and develop comprehensive data analysis plans.
- Advanced Analytics: Utilize SQL, Python, and R to perform complex data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive forecasting.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize complex data trends for executive leadership.
- Data Integrity: Clean, validate, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Report Generation: Create detailed monthly and quarterly reports that translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-backed solutions to streamline business processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Data Science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift/GCP BigQuery).
- Visualization: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Tableau or PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
