Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and trends.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and reporting metrics.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear, compelling, and professional manner.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expert level skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
