Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining & Processing: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from disparate sources using SQL, Python, and R to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Interactive Dashboarding: Design and maintain sophisticated, interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to track real-time KPIs and performance metrics.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop statistical models and regression analyses to forecast market trends and support high-stakes business decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling narrative that drives action.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps in current data collection methods and workflow processes to improve overall data quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand business challenges and provide data-backed solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a strong plus).
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong verbal/written communication skills for translating data to business units.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse) is a plus.
