Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for executive leadership and clinical teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Conduct A/B testing and cohort analysis to optimize patient engagement initiatives
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visual narratives
- Maintain data integrity across EHR, claims, and patient satisfaction datasets
- Lead ad-hoc analytics projects supporting strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience in healthcare or insurance sector
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Strong statistical analysis skills (regression, hypothesis testing, time-series)
- Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) claims data
