Responsibilities
- Statistical Analysis: Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large, complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and business outcomes, providing a competitive edge.
- Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling written and verbal presentations for non-technical audiences.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements through data-driven methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R is highly preferred.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data stories effectively.
