Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and optimize data pipelines.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling visual stories for stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support business experiments and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
