Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Design and develop interactive, high-level dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to define key business questions and translate them into data requirements.
- Build and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and databases to support ad-hoc reporting and automated data pipelines.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Perform statistical analysis, A/B testing, and forecasting to validate hypotheses and optimize business processes.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to increase data efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Proven experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value for non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter with a strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
