Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define metrics, KPIs, and data collection strategies.
- Write efficient SQL queries and scripts to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various databases.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership through clear, compelling presentations.
- Lead data governance initiatives to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical modeling is highly preferred.
