Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support business intelligence.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
