Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support business planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (strong query optimization skills required).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in the financial or technology sector is a plus.
