Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to support business objectives and drive growth.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and data mining to uncover hidden trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership to support strategic planning.
- Automate reporting processes to improve data accuracy and team efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and database management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and data modeling.
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
