Responsibilities
- Perform Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize SQL, Python, and statistical methods to analyze large, complex datasets and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Visualize Data: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate key findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and sales teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Monitor data quality, perform data cleaning, and establish robust data governance protocols.
- Drive Business Strategy: Present data-driven recommendations to executive leadership to support strategic planning and budget allocation.
- Maintain Documentation: Document data pipelines, analytical processes, and system architecture to ensure scalability and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data findings into clear, non-technical language for diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
