Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models and ETL processes to support real-time business reporting needs.
- Visualize complex datasets using Tableau and PowerBI to create interactive dashboards for executive stakeholders.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify market trends, operational anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineering teams, and sales departments to define precise data requirements.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure the accuracy of reporting across all platforms and databases.
- Produce clear, concise monthly and quarterly analytical reports that drive strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the financial services or healthcare sector.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and advanced analytics.
