Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets related to equity options to identify pricing anomalies and arbitrage opportunities.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts for automated data extraction and ETL processes.
- Design interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize complex financial metrics for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers to refine Black-Scholes and other pricing models.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports to track portfolio risk and exposure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Finance.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, with a preference for experience in options trading or financial markets.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R.
- Strong understanding of options pricing models, Greeks, and volatility surface analysis.
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
