Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale financial datasets using SQL and Python to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement A/B testing frameworks for product optimization
- Create automated data pipelines using AWS Glue and Redshift to ensure real-time reporting capabilities
- Present complex findings to senior leadership through compelling visual storytelling and data narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data-driven methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience in financial services or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Tableau/Power BI
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and hypothesis testing methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through data analysis
