Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining & Cleansing: Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data integrity for analysis.
- Visual Analytics & Dashboards: Design and develop interactive, high-level dashboards and visualizations (Tableau/PowerBI) to monitor KPIs and track business performance.
- Statistical Modeling: Conduct rigorous statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational risks.
- Business Reporting: Generate comprehensive, ad-hoc reports and executive summaries that translate technical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, marketing teams, and executives to define data requirements and communicate complex insights effectively.
- Database Optimization: Write optimized SQL queries and assist in maintaining database architecture to support reporting needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, identify correlations, and solve complex problems using data.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Tools: Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend) and Excel (VBA/Macros) is a plus.
