Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Design, develop, and maintain complex analytical models to solve business problems and forecast trends.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive, self-service dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve data collection, storage, and accessibility standards.
- Statistical Reporting: Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses and generate comprehensive reports to support executive decision-making.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor data pipelines and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across all platforms.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise narratives for non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and experience with ETL processes.
- Visualization: Expert level experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Tools: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, Redshift) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong verbal/written communication skills.
