What You Will Do
As a Data Analyst at Apex, you will be the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to uncover trends, optimize processes, and forecast future outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends that influence business strategy.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, deliver data-driven solutions, and improve operational efficiency.
- Perform statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and support A/B testing initiatives for product improvements.
- Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership.
- Identify opportunities for automation to streamline data collection processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to non-technical audiences.
