Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Modeling: Design and implement robust data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Visual Analytics: Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and correlations within large datasets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating complex data findings into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose technical solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy).
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
