Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to present data findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data needs and deliver actionable reports.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate campaign performance and product features.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R.
- Expert-level experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
