Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Analytics & Reporting: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Visualization: Develop compelling dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- SQL & Coding: Write complex SQL queries and utilize Python/R for data manipulation and automated reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define metrics, track KPIs, and support strategic decision-making.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for data pipelines, processes, and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Programming: Strong coding skills in Python or R.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate within the United States (Relocation Assistance provided).
