Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decision-making.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and statistical analyses on a weekly and monthly basis to monitor KPIs and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data processes and implement solutions to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Modeling: Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and support strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, database management) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization: Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into non-technical insights for diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling sensitive data and complex datasets.
