The Role
You will be the bridge between raw data and actionable business strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate insights, and present data-driven solutions that drive revenue and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights through advanced statistical analysis.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and define success metrics for business projects.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden patterns and trends within the data.
- Automate reporting processes using Python and SQL to increase team productivity.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Present findings to executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with Python or R for data scripting and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
