Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex data models and ETL pipelines using SQL and Python.
- Design interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present complex data findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven experience in data wrangling, cleaning, and handling large datasets.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
