Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to extract, clean, and transform massive datasets from multiple sources.
- Design and develop interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize KPIs, trends, and predictive models.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate product performance and user engagement strategies.
- Communicate actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders and non-technical teams.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to establish data governance standards and ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong command of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Looker.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) and API integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
