Your Mission
As our Data Analyst, you will own the data narrative for key business units. You will not just report on the past; you will forecast the future. We value critical thinking and the ability to translate technical findings into clear, compelling insights for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Transform Raw Data: Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies that drive business growth.
- Visual Storytelling: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Modeling: Develop advanced statistical models to forecast market trends and support A/B testing initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data pipelines and propose automated solutions to streamline reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
