Responsibilities
- Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets to support business decisions.
- Visualizations & Dashboards: Build interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or Power BI that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders across the organization.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements, establish data governance standards, and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
- Business Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging market opportunities, presenting findings through clear, compelling reports and presentations.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Develop predictive models and automated reporting systems to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual data entry efforts.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, translating technical findings into business recommendations that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Data Science within a technology or fintech environment.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, Fivetran) and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) is a major plus.
