Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure high data integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Visualization: Develop compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- SQL Optimization: Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently for reporting purposes.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Operations to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/Numpy) is essential.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience creating visualizations in Tableau or Power BI.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about data quality and logic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
