Responsibilities
- Visualization & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators.
- Data Strategy: Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, from requirement gathering and data modeling to final reporting and presentation.
- Cleanse & Optimize: Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and ETL processes to ensure high data quality and integrity across the organization.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify business problems and formulate data-driven solutions.
- Automated Insights: Develop Python and SQL scripts to automate routine reporting tasks, increasing team efficiency and reducing manual overhead.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Expert-level experience with Tableau or Power BI for creating executive-level dashboards.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data findings into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders.
