Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence needs.
- Transform raw, messy data into clean, actionable insights using SQL, Python, and R.
- Create interactive, high-performance dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI for executive leadership and operational teams.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing automated checks to ensure reliable reporting.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling narrative.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
