Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries and database models to support business intelligence needs.
- Design and build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Partner with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaign performance and resource allocation.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and experience with ETL processes.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Deep knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
