Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform complex data modeling and statistical analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Write clear, concise documentation for data pipelines and analytical models.
- Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement within the organization.
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
