Responsibilities
- Drive Insights: Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Visualize Data: Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- SQL Mastery: Write optimized SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and aggregate data from various sources including SQL Server and cloud databases.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data quality and accuracy by performing rigorous data cleaning and validation processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and support A/B testing initiatives.
- Automation: Develop Python scripts to automate reporting workflows and reduce manual data entry tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Tools: Strong hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data simply.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive actionable insights from raw information.
