Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis, regression modeling, and A/B testing to identify trends and predict future performance.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Strategic Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through data-driven insights and process automation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand their data needs and support their goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Stored Procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Expert level experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift) is a plus.
