Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and databases to support business reporting and analytics needs.
- Dashboarding & Visualization: Create interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to monitor KPIs and track business performance in real-time.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting systems and adhere to data governance best practices.
- SQL & ETL: Write optimized SQL queries and manage ETL processes to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Expert level experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and non-technical language for executive presentations.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data issues and think critically to solve business problems.
