Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets to ensure high data integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and finance teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify business inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to optimize operations.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures).
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
