Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to define data requirements and project goals.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines to automate data retrieval and reporting processes.
- Document data models, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
