As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction by providing deep insights into market trends and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within the data.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations that translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for the executive team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data collection processes and improve overall data governance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, Python or R for advanced analysis, and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and think critically.
- Tools: Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a strong advantage.
