Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze multi-source datasets
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders tracking KPIs across 15+ business units
- Develop predictive models using Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) to forecast customer acquisition trends
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for product optimization, measuring statistical significance of outcomes
- Present data-driven recommendations to C-suite executives using storytelling frameworks
- Maintain data quality through automated validation pipelines and anomaly detection systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive analytics experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business strategies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ end-to-end analytics projects with measurable impact
- Proficiency in statistical testing methodologies and experimental design
