Responsibilities
- Collect, Clean, and Analyze Data: Gather complex data sets from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity before analysis.
- Develop Dashboards: Create interactive and visual dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support business strategy.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Report Generation: Write clear and concise reports summarizing data insights, trends, and recommendations for management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail when handling large datasets.
