Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Modeling: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and communicate analytical insights effectively.
- SQL & ETL: Write complex SQL queries and assist in ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity across the platform.
- Report Generation: Automate weekly and monthly reporting processes to save time and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Demonstrated experience creating data visualizations (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
