Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and business performance.
- Perform complex data cleansing, integration, and validation to ensure high-quality data sets for analysis.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to define key metrics and reporting requirements.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behaviors, and growth opportunities.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) is required.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
