Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and implement tracking solutions
- Develop A/B testing frameworks and conduct rigorous statistical analysis to validate hypotheses
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in tech or e-commerce
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects and visualizations
