Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design A/B testing frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and user engagement
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Automate reporting processes using Python (Pandas, NumPy) to enhance efficiency
- Present data-driven insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with 2+ in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
