Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing and operational strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Maintain data quality standards through automated validation and anomaly detection
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data-driven decision-making culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in financial services or government sector
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL processes
- Certification in Tableau, AWS, or Google Cloud Analytics is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ impactful data projects with measurable business outcomes
