Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Modeling: Develop complex data models and schemas to support business intelligence needs and reporting requirements.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover trends and anomalies in large datasets.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) that provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- ETL Processes: Build and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity across the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for data pipelines, processes, and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems using data.
- Tools: Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/AWS Redshift) is a plus.
