In this role, you will be responsible for mining, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify trends and opportunities. You will work directly with leadership to translate data into actionable insights that shape our product and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to support business decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to improve data integrity.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
