Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design and implement statistical models to forecast business outcomes
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for leadership teams
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in A/B testing and predictive modeling
- Experience with data warehousing concepts (ETL processes, dimensional modeling)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
