Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards and Power BI reports for executive leadership teams
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and customer segmentation
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance against business objectives
- Present data-driven recommendations to C-level executives with clear, actionable insights
- Automate reporting processes using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL scripting
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control and validation methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Expert knowledge of statistical analysis methods and experimental design principles
- Proven ability to translate complex data findings into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI highly desirable
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects with business impact required
